I strongly recommend NE Strength for any athlete looking to improve strength, performance and confidence. Nick is not only an incredible trainer but a great person and mentor. My son began training at NE Strength in 2020 when he decided to join his high school football team. When he started, he could bench 95 pounds and squat 135 pounds. A year or so later, after working with Nick, he can bench 225 pounds and squat 315 pounds. After two months of dead lifting, he can lift 2x his body weight. Throughout it all, Nick ensures that my son’s form is correct and the increases in weight are made in a responsible manner. The results are amazing and the experience has been great for him.
